Our Story

MindfulNoggin was formed as a way to extend the reach of mindfulness-based wellness solutions that have been proven to help people stay well. We want to overcome barriers to accessing these skills, including challenges like a lack of trained mindfulness teachers, or the need to travel or attend classes at times that conflict with work or family commitments. We have dedicated our careers to studying the impact of mindfulness skills on mental health and wellness, and we passionately believe that scientific knowledge and tools should be shared broadly. For us, it’s about access, convenience and efficiency, providing people with what they need to cultivate emotional balance and resilience.

Vision and Mission

Our mission is to increase access to mindfulness tools backed by science to help support wellness for all people, including those who have experienced depression, anxiety, and stress. Our vision is to provide evidence-based mindfulness support for the journey to greater emotional balance and resilience.
